of Monroe Electronic Government page. The City is pleased
to present our citizens with this convenient and quick way
to access their government.
The City's Click2Gov
software provides up-to-date information concerning your utility
account, tax account, and payment options. Note - There is a fee charged for using the payment option which is collected by a third party provider, NOT the City of Monroe. You can also access Building
Permit information. Your account number, personal identification
number (PIN), and an active email address are all you need
for utility account access. If you need a PIN number for utility accounts
please call customer service at (704) 282-4511 or email them
at utilities@monroenc.org.
If you need a PIN number
for Building Permits please call the Permit Center at (704)
282-4524 or email them at
permits@monroenc.org. If you already have a PIN number you may click on one of the
links at the right to begin using this service. You may make payments for any of these services by dialing 1-800-795-4374.
